1. Bookings & Date Reservation
Event dates are secured upon mutual agreement of scope, receipt of initial booking advance, and written confirmation. Dates cannot be held indefinitely without a confirmed deposit, especially during high-demand wedding months.
2. Customizations & Scope Adjustments
Decor designs, floral varieties, and stage dimensions are tailored to the designated venue. Any material changes to themes or guest counts requested less than 7 days prior to the event are subject to feasibility and additional cost assessment.
3. Venue Permissions & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely venue access for our production teams (typically 6 to 12 hours prior to the event depending on scale) as well as necessary municipal or venue electrical clearances.
4. Safety & Weather Contingencies
For outdoor lawn celebrations, safety is paramount. Our team takes extensive precautions with waterproof canopies and grounded electrical lines. In cases of extreme weather or natural events, our team will coordinate suitable protective adjustments.
